That's Dale competing in the Mountain Kid competition at the MTA Fall Rendezvous. Friday and Saturday were full of demos for anyone who wanted to learn or improve their trapping techniques. Over 150 students completed the Part 2 of the Trapper Education course on Saturday. The MTA Fall Business meeting and election of officers was held on Saturday. Brian Cogil is President of MTA and Butch Tripp is Vice President, along with Linda Bridges - Treasurer, Pat Favolise - Secretary and Gary Sewell - Editor.
The Windsor fairgrounds was a fantastic location for the Rendezvous. Everything was undercover, so even though we had some rain, the show went on. Plenty of room for camping, 'real' bathrooms and a restaurant on the grounds open for breakfast, lunch and dinner made it even more enjoyable.
Happy winners of some of the prizes donated by Cabellas.
